Salem’s never disappoints. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and exactly the way we ordered it, and you can really tell they care about quality. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Amia. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was welcoming, attentive, patient, and made sure everything was perfect without us even having to ask. Her positive energy and professionalism made the whole visit feel special. Great food, great atmosphere, and top-tier service. Huge shoutout to Amia for going above and beyond—we’ll definitely be back!
Good afternoon This Kimmy or Kim which ever name I order under lol ! I don’t know what kind of magic was happening in that kitchen today, but this was hands down the best fish sandwich I’ve had from this place in a LONG time. When I say I ate every crumb, please believe there was nothing left but the container—and I ate it hot, fresh, and with no regrets. I even ate in my car lol. Well one made me wish I ordered everything I wanted I just wasn’t sure if I would have been happy lol. The sandwich was so good I kept calling Salem’s like, “Hello… it’s me again… I just had to say THANK YOU.” The seasoning? On point. The crispiness? Chef’s kiss. Exactly how I like it. My stomach is full and my heart is healed—that’s how good it was. I had to ask who cooked it and what his hours were because I need this level of excellence every single time. No shade to the other cooks, but if you want your food cooked like somebody cares deeply about your happiness, go when Gerson is working. Gerson’s hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–7 PM. I came in around 4:30 PM, and he was cooking like it was the start of his shift—full energy, no fatigue, just vibes and flavor. From Kimmy
We are in town to visit friends and saw this place next-door to our Airbnb. We love hole in the wall spots like this because they always have great food. We ordered the fried shrimp meal and the Philly cheesesteak meal. Both were cooked very well and had great flavor. It was good enough to go back before we head home on Sunday!
I visited Salem’s for the first time last week while I was in Tampa, and I was seriously impressed. The food was amazing and fresh, flavorful, and definitely exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the customer service was on point. The cashier was so friendly and helpful that I had to ask her name…. Amia. She truly made the experience even better. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in town!
oh man, where do i begin. i just got out of a hospital, and the first place i decide to go to is Salems. after eating crappy hospital food, and coming to this place- the service, the food, the atmosphere, it smelt and looked wonderful!! the employees were really sweet to me and my mom, and it made me happy because the staff st the hospital treated me really poorly. the combination of having good food with good service just made my day right. the specific employees- i forgot one of their names but the other one is named "Zara," those two employees really made it much better, because usually youll get attitude, or nasty service. but these two employees were really sweet. thank you guys.
Salems fresh eats located on E Hillsborough Ave, I will always love the employees attitude through out my visit. As the restaurant started filling up more n more, the employees especially the manager handles it with a smile and ease through out my visit. I will definitely like to give stars to Ms. Zinah with Ms. Zehia both surrounded with awesome teammates. We will always recommend this restaurant.

It is fast food but it's better than average and we order from Salem's a lot. Everything has been very good. They have a lot of budget friendly specials. $1.99 scoops of ice cream and BOGO shakes, 2-fer sandwich and gyro deals. The staff is always great. The manager at this location goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. We have also been to other Salem's locations with equally great results. They're open late which is another plus on the nights I have to work late. You won’t be disappointed at Salem's!
